HOUSE FOR 10 GUESTS - Perched in the lush hills above Troncones, Casa Selva is an architectural retreat where jungle-covered mountains meet sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Designed around a philosophy of simple luxury, the villa blends contemporary open-air living, local craftsmanship, and a deep connection to nature. The story of Casa Selva began long before the house itself. Inspired by years spent returning to Troncones as a refuge from city life, its owners envisioned a place where family, friends, and travelers could reconnect with nature, slow down, and embrace a more intentional rhythm of living. What started as a personal dream gradually became a sanctuary designed for sharing. Accommodating up to ten guests, the villa unfolds across multiple levels thoughtfully designed to balance gathering and privacy. Four spacious bedrooms, each with its own distinct character, are distributed throughout the property to create a sense of seclusion and tranquility. At the heart of the home, a large open-air living and dining pavilion flows seamlessly into an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, creating a constant dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces. Custom-built wood furnishings, handcrafted details, and minimalist interiors bring warmth and elegance throughout. Beyond the social spaces, guests will find shaded terraces with hammocks, an outdoor grill and traditional clay oven, as well as dedicated platforms for yoga, meditation, and quiet reflection. Just moments from Troncones Beach yet surrounded by nature, Casa Selva offers a rare combination of privacy, design, and effortless coastal living. A place to surf, gather, rest, and reconnect beneath spectacular sunsets and star-filled skies.
