The four apartments have been designed as comfortable and warm living spaces: Alsatian bedding, French linen, natural welcome products, and carefully sourced furniture and décor. You settle in gently, open the windows, and calm takes over. Outside, the property reveals all its character. A peaceful garden, a charming inner courtyard, spaces perfect for relaxation… and, sheltered from view, a meadow-orchard bordered by the ancient ramparts. Through the seasons, cherries, mirabelle plums, quetsches and apples mark the rhythm of life on the estate, while the shade of the trees and the pétanque court invite you to slow down a little more. The location is ideal for discovering Alsace at your own pace: Obernai is 5 minutes away, Strasbourg 30 minutes, Colmar 35 minutes. Between typical villages, wine routes and the foothills of the Vosges, everything is easily accessible — while the calm of the estate awaits you at the end of the day. Cycling enthusiasts will find a privileged playground here: bike paths and numerous routes wind through the vineyards and mountains in the immediate vicinity of the estate, and a bike rental shop is located right in Boersch. Here, everything is simple and essential: heading out on foot or by bike through the vineyards, discovering the surrounding villages, sitting down at a winemaker's table, then returning, slowly.
