A small triplex house, typically Provençal, of 74 m², comprising a ground floor where you can store your bikes, a first floor with the living room and kitchen, and a second floor with two bedrooms and a large bathroom. For this renovation, I wanted a little more colour while keeping the existing old materials, such as the Provençal terracotta tiles found on the staircase steps and bathroom floor, the original parquet in the bedrooms, and the cement tiles with a terrazzo look in the kitchen area. In terms of decoration, I wanted to mix antique objects and craftsmanship: from Morocco, the pendant lights in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, the zellige tiles in the shower, and from Andalusia, the custom-made kitchen backsplash. The light flows through the bedrooms — what a joy to wake up to the magnificent colours of a sunrise in the bathroom!
