BED & BREAKFAST WITH 5 ROOMS AND POSSIBILITY TO PRIVATIZE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY FOR 14 PEOPLE - "A true Farm-Inn, Les Jardins de la Matz combines a Bed & Breakfast, a Market Garden Farm, and a Garden Table restaurant in a calm and peaceful hamlet, overlooking the Rance valley, located halfway between Dinan, a historic medieval town, and Dinard – Saint Malo, and the magnificent beaches of the Emerald Coast. We offer our guests the opportunity to live a complete experience: Culture, Dreams and Flavors, guided by strong environmental values. Our adventure began in 2016, with the creation of a market garden inspired by ancestral methods and techniques that respect natural balances and existing resources. Our vegetables are grown organically and sold locally by Charles and Simon, in harmony with the seasons and the rhythm of nature. Welcomed by Marie, you will be housed in the heart of this farm, in an authentic Breton stone house, fully renovated while respecting the character of this history-rich region. The five rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, with understated décor blending objects from yesterday and today. From the House, you can truly recharge in contact with preserved nature (direct access to hiking trails along the Rance river, bicycles available, yoga classes organized on request, possibility to navigate the Rance by canoe-kayak with one of our partners, etc.), immerse yourself in the heart of the farm's agricultural activities, whose environment and landscape change with the seasons, and of course discover the many treasures of the region. All this after enjoying a hearty breakfast made with local products and eggs from our hens, by the fireplace or on the terrace if the (Breton) sun decides to join! During your stay, you will also have the opportunity to dine at our Garden Table, recently opened (dinners Wednesday to Saturday; March to November). Caroline showcases our organic produce (vegetables, fruits, flowers, herbs…), as well as ingredients from wild foraging and local producers, offering plant-based (but not always vegetarian) cuisine that is sincere, generous and delicious. We can't wait to welcome you!" - The entire Jardins de la Matz team - Photos: ©Anne-Claire Heraud ©Julien Motta
