Calle Loma Alta 7, Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico
Perched on a lush hillside overlooking Sayulita, NICO reimagines the hospitality experience by combining the independence of a private home with the comfort and service of a boutique hotel. Designed for couples, groups of friends, families, and creative gatherings alike, it offers a flexible and relaxed way to experience the town. The five-level property blends raw concrete, steel-framed windows, and custom furnishings crafted by Mexican designers and artisans. The architecture embraces Sayulita’s tropical landscape, opening onto jungle views, ocean breezes, and a constant connection to the outdoors. Throughout the property, generous terraces, warm materials, and carefully considered details create spaces that feel both contemporary and welcoming. NICO is composed of five independent suites, each with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and distinct character. They can be reserved individually or combined as a private five-bedroom residence accommodating up to twelve guests. At the center of the experience are two shared gathering spaces: a lush terrace with a heated saltwater lap pool, outdoor kitchen, and dining area, and a rooftop overlooking the Pacific, complete with a plunge pool, barbecue, and fire pit. Located just a short walk from Sayulita’s beach, cafés, and vibrant town center, NICO offers the best of both worlds: easy access to the energy of the village and a peaceful retreat immersed in the surrounding jungle. Whether traveling with friends, hosting a retreat, or simply looking for a more design-conscious way to experience Sayulita, NICO invites guests to settle in, slow down, and make the space their own.
